Our Community
The Fava Bean Research community is a collaborative program that promotes healthy soils and communities using fava bean. We partner with schools, universities, businesses, farms, non-profits, gardeners, and healthy food visionaries to incorporate fava bean into foods and sustainable farming systems. Our projects focus on developing new varieties and ways of growing fava bean, exploring fava bean’s economic and environmental benefits, and engaging with local communities through food demonstrations and free seeds.
